As a Senior Project Manager, you are responsible for the successful delivery of complex, spatial installations - guiding projects from concept through design, build, installation, and handover.
You operate at the center of multidisciplinary teams, coordinating across creative, technical, and construction partners to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
At TSC, project delivery is rarely linear. Scope evolves, disciplines overlap, and decisions are made in motion. Your focus is to bring clarity and structure within this environment. You ensure teams are aligned, facilitatesmooth dependencies, and always find ways to keep momentum steady as projects develop.
This role requires a strong understanding of physical build environments, where architecture, construction, and AV/IT integration come together.
 
Responsibilities
Project Planning & Delivery
 
  • Plan and manage the full lifecycle of immersive installations, from concept to handover.
  • Translate project scope into clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Maintain oversight of project progress, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
Spatial & Construction Coordination 
  • Coordinate across architects, contractors, AV/IT teams, and fabrication partners.
  • Manage site-based delivery phases, includinginstallationsequencing andmobilisationreadiness.
  • Ensure that spatial, technical, and creative elements are aligned throughout delivery.
Stakeholder Management 
  • Act as thecentral pointof coordination between internal teams, external partners, and client.
  • Lead project meetings, progress updates, and decision-making processes.
  • Build strong working relationships andmaintainalignment across all stakeholders.
  • Coordinate stakeholders across different offices, regions, and time zones, ensuring clear communication and alignment in an international setting.
Risk, Quality & Change Management 
  • Identifyrisks, dependencies, and potential blockers early, and drive solutions.
  • Track changes in scope and ensure decisions are clearly documented and communicated.
  • Safeguard quality and ensure delivery meets TSC standards and client expectations.
Collaboration & Team Alignment 
  • Work closely with Creative, Technical, and Delivery teams across multiple offices.
  • Support a collaborative and structured way of working within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Help maintain clarity and momentum in fast-moving, evolving project environments.

Your profile

  • 7+ years of project management experience in creative, technical, or built environment contexts (e.g.experiential, architecture, construction, or similar).
  • Proven experience delivering complex, multi-million Euro projects with multiple third-party suppliers.
  • Strong understanding of architecture, millwork /joineryand construction processes, with working knowledge of AV/IT systems.
  • Experience working in multidisciplinary teams where design, technical, and build phases overlap.
  • Confident in managing stakeholders acrossdifferent levelsand disciplines.
  • Strong planning andorganisationalskills -able to bring structure to complex environments.
  • Comfortable working inambiguity and adapting as projects evolve.
  • Clear and professional communicator, able to align teams and drive decisions.
  • Fluent in English; DutchorGermanis a plus.
  • Flexible and comfortable working across time zones.
  • Available full-time, with a minimum of 24 hours per week in one of our offices.
