Your mission

We are on board as the general contractor for the BMW Motorrad Welt in Berlin, a 1,000-square-meter meeting place for the community, motorcycle enthusiasts, and everyone who loves the sound of freedom. In the showroom, you can experience the latest BMW motorcycles up close and interactively, discover exciting special exhibitions, and gain exclusive insights into the current Gear & Garment collection as well as Original BMW Motorrad accessories. At the heart of the location is our Bistro - the ideal place to relax, connect, and enjoy. Right next to it, you’ll find our Shop, filled with the latest Gear & Garment collection and stylish merchandise that makes every biker’s heart beat faster. In addition to daily operations, regular events take place: from major happenings like the Season Opening to movie nights, travel talks, and live podcasts - there’s always something going on at BMW Motorrad Welt.

We are looking for dedicated Sales Associates who will inspire our guests and bring the BMW Motorrad experience to life in the shop. You will be responsible for actively advising customers and selling our products. The assortment includes merchandise and lifestyle items, rider equipment, accessories, and motorcycle spare parts. You will be in direct contact with our guests and represent the BMW Motorrad brand with passion and enthusiasm.The shop is open from Monday to Saturday (except on public holidays) between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

Your profile

Your Responsibilities

Opening and closing the BMW Motorrad Shop
Assisting and advising guests in the shop
Handling the checkout process and completing the daily cash register report at the end of the day (card payments only)
Maintaining a sales statistics log
Managing, monitoring, and maintaining inventory levels
Executing promotional activities and campaigns

Your Profile

Experience in sales or retail
An interest in technology and mobility, or willingness to learn about these topics
Confident handling of merchandise and POS systems
Open, communicative, and outgoing personality
Fluent communication in German and English (required)
Interest in motorcycles - ideally, you ride one yourself

Ihre Aufgaben

Wir sind als Generalunternehmer für die BMW Motorrad Welt in Berlin am Start - ein rund 1.000 Quadratmeter großer Treffpunkt für die Community, Motorradfans und alle, die den Sound von Freiheit lieben. Im Showroom erlebst du die neuesten BMW Motorräder hautnah und interaktiv, entdeckst spannende Sonderausstellungen und bekommst exklusive Einblicke in die aktuelle Gear & Garment Kollektion sowie das Original BMW Motorrad Zubehör. Im Herzen der Location befindet sich unser Bistro - der ideale Ort zum Verweilen, Austauschen und Genießen. Direkt daneben liegt unser Shop, gefüllt mit der aktuellen Gear & Garment Kollektion und stylischem Merchandise, das jedes Bikerherz höherschlagen lässt. Neben dem täglichen Betrieb finden regelmäßig Veranstaltungen statt: Von großen Events wie dem Season Opening über Kinoabende und Reise-Reportings bis hin zu Live-Podcasts – in der BMW Motorrad Welt ist immer etwas los.

Als Verkäufer:in bist du für die aktive Beratung und den Verkauf unserer Produkte zuständig. Das Sortiment umfasst Merchandise- und Lifestyle-Artikel, Fahrerausstattung, Zubehör und Motorrad-Ersatzteile. Du stehst in direktem Kontakt mit unseren Gästen und repräsentierst die Marke BMW Motorrad mit Leidenschaft und Begeisterung. Der Shop ist von Montag bis Samstag (außer an Feiertagen) zwischen 10:00 und 19:00 Uhr geöffnet.

Öffnung und Schließung des BMW Motorrad Shops
Gästebetreuung und Beratung im Shop
Abwicklung des Kassenvorgangs sowie Abschluss des Kassenjournals am Ende des Tages (nur Kartenzahlung)
Führen einer Umsatzstatistik
Pflege, Kontrolle und Überwachung des Warenbestands
Durchführen von Aktionen

Ihr Profil

Du hast Erfahrung im Verkauf oder im Einzelhandel
Du bist Technik- und mobilitätsaffin oder bereit, dich in diese Themen einzuarbeiten
Du hast einen sicheren Umgang mit Waren- und Kassensystemen
Du bist offen, kommunikativ und kontaktfreudig
Du kommunizierst fließend in deutscher und englischer Sprache
Du hast Interesse an Motorrädern – idealerweise fährst du selbst
